Family, neon lights and a-whole-lotta Irish! Here’s the wonderful Nadine & Martin’s wedding at The Mills Barn wedding venue.
I began the crisp spring morning in the bridal suite with Nadine, her bridesmaids and her gorgeous family! We had a super chill time in there. Nadine got into her dress in the honeymoon room of Mills Barns, her dress was handmaid and designed just for her. Her bridesmaids were dressed in gorgeous matching white dresses. I love white bridesmaid dresses, I thought they suited Nadine’s style perfectly!
Ceremony at Mills Barns
I then headed upstairs to meet Martin and his twin brother (I could tell them apart straight away, Martin was the slightly nervous one!). They both waited at the top of the aisle for Nadine to make her entrance into the ceremony room. The ceremony was an intimate affair, they had their friend sing opera whilst they signed the register, it filled the huge room beautifully. The floral moon gate sat stunningly in front of the hugeeee windows in the room. There was a few teeenie mistakes in the ceremony, but everybody laughed them off and Nadine & Martin embraced them and started again from the top each time, this always makes a ceremony I think!! Love a bit of laughter and hearing the guests cracking up!
Mills Barns Wedding Photography
After the ceremony we shot some of the formal photos with the guests on the balcony and then took ourselves for a walk past the reception room and down to the pergola to make use of it whilst we could (it was March so the sun set not too long after that!). Nadine & Martin were a pleasure to photograph!
The food was had, then came the speeches and of course, the first dance and the boogying. Finally, to end the night we gathered a few of Nadine & Martins (drunk) friends together to do a sparkler shot! It was so funny (/Dangerous) but it worked out so incredibly well. Thank you for being so cooperative!
